Overview
Indie Frame Network respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice using the procedure below.
Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, provide our designated agent with the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content on Indie Frame Network
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Indie Frame Network will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA.
Good Faith
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Indie Frame Network is a platform dedicated to indie filmmakers and their creative works — please exercise good faith in all DMCA interactions.
